Here, we describe what personal data we collect when you use the Tele.Style service (hereinafter, the “Service,” “we,” or “us”), why we process it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have as a user. 1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR is the team behind Tele.Style, an AI assistant for managing Telegram channels (website: tele.style). 2. What Data We Collect

We strive to collect the minimum amount of data necessary to operate the Service. Depending on how you use Tele.Style, we may process the following categories of data:

Account data: email address, name, avatar, and provider identifier when you sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple. Data from your Telegram channels: channel and discussion chat IDs, topics, management style, publication schedule, and texts and images that you create or plan to publish. Payment data: subscription status, transaction history, and customer identifier with the payment provider. We do not store bank card details; they are processed by the payment provider. Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, visit times, navigation activity, and actions within the interface. Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used for authentication, analytics, and advertising (see Section 6 for details). Support requests: the content of your messages and any information you voluntarily provide to us.
